Climate Action Under Attack in PA

Please enable images

The Pennsylvania House has approved a fiscal code bill that deals a serious blow to critical climate action taking place in Pennsylvania.

It takes $12 million from clean energy investments and hands it over to a new Natural Gas Infrastructure Development Fund while blocking critical regulations on oil and gas operations. Perhaps worst of all, it seeks to delay implementation of Pennsylvania's Clean Power Plan compliance—undermining the very regulatory certainty companies need to start cutting pollution and investing in clean energy solutions.

Now, the bill is in the State Senate. Tell Your Senator: Move Pennsylvania in the right direction. Reject this handout to dirty energy.
